Einat Bukai, Customer Service and Office Manager of Prosperity Real Estate, is former customer service representative at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem and former manager of the office of the Doctor-in-Chief of the County’s Health Department. She holds a BA in business management and communications.

Ronit Dwek, President & CEO of Prosperity Real Estate, has marketed real estate in Israel for more than a decade. Mrs. Dwek is the former Senior Marketing Director of the real estate development firm “Amana” that built thousands of housing units in forty different “Yeshuvim” across Israel, and former Vice President of one of Jerusalem’s leading real estate brokerage franchises.

Mrs. Dwek is a native of Jerusalem From her father, Mr. Uri Chayon, who specialized in building custom luxury homes in Jerusalem since 1960, Ronit grew up learning about the business of real estate, the value of outstanding, personalized customer service and the art of effective negotiation.
