As opposed to modern trends, this new
apartment house on Radak Street is planned as a
classic old-style house, and will be finished
using the highest quality materials and clad
with typical red Jerusalem stone.
Each of the apartments (212-393 m2
each) comes with a double underground parking
and a large storage room. The interior
specifications include private central air
conditioning, under-tile heating system, high
quality marble flooring, extra tall solid wood
doors, a garden or extra-large “Succah” balcony
(at least 45 m2), Shabbat elevator,
alarm system, as well as other very high quality
finishing features.
The apartments are equipped with high quality
electric appliances: Maytag washer and dryer,
side-by-side extra large GE refrigerator, two
built-in ovens, and two dishwashers.
The house, both exterior and interior, is
designed by the architect Mati Rosenshine, one
of the finest architects in Jerusalem, and will
be built by an experienced contractor
specializing in extra high quality construction
and finish.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by
December 2006.
