Prosperity Real Estate Presents:
Itamar Ben-Avi 18 - Building Project

This luxurious two-family house will soon be built on 18 Itamar Ben-Avi Street in Rechavia, Jerusalem. The street is named after Ben-Zion Ben-Yehuda who became known by his pen-name, Itamar Ben-Avi. He was the son of Eliezer Ben-Yehuda who was one of the first Zionists and is credited with the revival of Hebrew as a modern tongue spoken by a renascent Jewish nation. Itamar Ben-Avi was the first child in modern times to be nurtured with Hebrew as his native language.

Rechavia is one of Jerusalem's most unique and prestigious neighborhoods. Itamar Ben Avi is a quiet, one-way street on the border of the Talbieh neighborhood. The house is located across from the prestigious project Mishkenot Hanasie and across the street from the President's House.

Within a very short walking distance are the Jerusalem theater and Van Leer Institute, the Chovevey lion. Ohel Nechama and Yad Harav Nisim synagogues, and the Inbal Hotel. The City Center and the Western Wall are within easy walking distance as well.

Rather than follow contemporary trends, this new apartment house on Itamar Ben Avi Street is planned in the manner of classic traditional buildings, and will be finished using the highest quality materials and clad with typical Jerusalem stone.

Each of the apartments (215-260 m2 each) comes with one double underground parking garage and a storage room. The interior specifications include private central air-conditioning, under-tile heating system, marble flooring, extra tall solid wood doors, alarm system, as well as other very high quality finishing features. The apartments are equipped with electric appliances: washer and dryer, side-by-side extra large GE refrigerator, two built-in ovens, and two dishwashers.

The first floor unit will have a garden and an option for a swimming pool under the ground floor. The second floor unit will have Shabbat elevator, a "Succah" balcony and a spacious roof top family room/home cinema and a large terrace with a swimming pool.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by September 2008.
